saleI'm counting down the days until I go on holiday... only six more sleeps. Woohoo! So until then I have decided to discount everything* in my Etsy store, just use the code HOORAY25 at the checkout to get 25% off. But you only have until Tuesday the 10th of December to get your orders in. Happy Friday everyone :)

*While stocks last. Custom maps require one week to produce, 25% discount still applies but the map will not be mailed until early in 2014.

Christmas_Card I was having a clean up the other day and came across some prints I started a while ago that I never finished. Do you remember the Christmas cards I made last year? Well I used one of the designs to screenprint some larger prints, but they kind of sat there for a while and I wasn't sure what to with them and I lost interest (or inspiration). So, sitting at home on a rainy Sydney Saturday and with Christmas around the corner I decided to chop them up and make some more cards. It seems this design was always destined to be festive. I hope you are also having a crafty and creative weekend :)

mini_cardsMini gift cards!

One thing I struggle with is writing messages in cards. I sit for ages wondering what to write. I decided the best way around this is to give smaller cards! If you suffer the same affliction as me or are searching for some cute and quirky, handmade gift cards, they are available here. :)

I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that I had designed some cards for the festive season, and while the decorations have been hanging in retail stores for months I thought it was a bit early to post them on the blog (although I did give you a sneak peek via Instagram). But now that November is here, I think it is safe to mention the C word... Christmas ;). And as with my other cards I didn't want anything too traditional, so with images of snowflakes, tinsel and lights, Christmas trees and opening presents in mind, I added a geometric twist. They are screenprinted by hand on recycled card and are available individually or in sets of four from my Etsy shop.

I hope you like them :)
